Guest user：The hotel Movenpick is very good ... N satisfying to stay . Breakfast in the morning is good and about cleanines of housekeeping is also very good ... We stay in .. 2120 this staff ... Biraj ,Maya ,susma and Raj are very friendly n kind to us .. we enjoyed to stay in this hotel . Hope we will come again in this hotel .
Guest user：- Very slow reception staff, inattentive, check in is 4 pm and check out is 12 !!!! So half a day is just stolen from you. - Everyone is smoking around the very tiny and dirty children swimming pool. - very small swimming pools that aren’t enough for the hotel guests moreover the guests that are allowed from outside with tickets. - do not recommend for families, smoking is allowed everywhere. - the hotel doesn’t even have access to the beach there is no stairs or anything to the beach, guests just jump on dirt, i have pictures of it. - the kids club is terrible with no staff inside. I would never come back to this hotel, there many better options. - night shift reception staff was great, gave us a free night for the extra bed, which was expensive 18.500 kd.
