  • Guest user：Stay for 4 nights and room was spacious and clean including the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, selections was ok and almost the same everyday. Best thing is they have a 24 hours free coffee machine at the lobby.
  • Guest user：Very good hotel to stay in Kyoto. As usual Hyatt service is on a pretty high standards.
  • Guest user：If travel by public transport, this hotel is located just next to subway, with just few stations away from Kyoto station. Our hotel room size was quite small but sufficient for both of us. Clean and spot free, I couldn't even find a spot or mold in the bathroom, it was so clean. Free access to Nespresso machine at lobby. Toiletries available at lobby. This hotel is not centrally located at tourist spot but more to business traveler. Within walking distance to Imperial Palace (but we thought it was not worth the walk).
  • Guest user：Relatively spacious room for Japan hotels, great location right next to the train station. Front desk staffs were friendly and helpful.
