Guest：My overall experience during my two week stay at the Ramada Hotel, Mbezi Beach, Dar Es Salaam was amazing!! From the moment you walk onto the premises, you are greeted by a welcoming & very professional,l organised security team. Once through the security checks Jacqueline, (front of house manager) & Freddy (relationship manager) or any of the other extremely competent & highly professional reception staff, are all on hand to look after your every need. The beach front, swimming pools, beautiful exquisite staircase leading to the bar overlooking the Indian Ocean, is breathtaking. Facilities like a gymnasium, garden with all of its exquisite landscaping, soft White sandy beach front, & sumptuous deep Blue Indian Ocean as the back drop, is truly a sight to behold. Rooms are spacious, well equipped with fridge, safe, ironing board, huge tv, iron for ensuring your clothes look great, everything you would expect from a five star hotel. However, this is not a five star hotel, it's a four star. Having stayed at some of the finest 5 star hotels the world over, the Ramada at Mbezi Beach, can run with any of the numerous hotels I've stayed at. In my humble opinion,it appears to be incorrectly rated, so book whilst prices remain extremely competitive for the experience. House keeping, led by Pendo, ensure your rooms are maintained to the highest standard, the catering staff led by Helma & her excellent catering team & Jeremiah the restaurant manager, with his excellent team of waiters and waitresses like Rehema, ensure that the drinks & food keep coming presented to clients exacting standards. I would score the hotel a solid 10/10 and recommend it highly!!
Guest：Im 2025 waren wir im Februar 10 Tage , sowie im Oktober25 für drei Wochen im Hotel. Wir k?nnen nur Danke sagen, denn das ganze Team ist so harmonische und gut eingespielt. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Bitte tragt dem Teamgeist sorge ( Sadi, Helam Dickson Ihr seid so wertvoll für das Team ) wir freuen uns Euch schon bald wieder zu sehen. Guest：We had an absolutely amazing time at Ramada, The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable especially the restaurant team Mr. Dickson was really helpful, Anthony & Evaline. Nothing was too much trouble. I definitely recommend.
Guest：I have been visiting Ramada Beach Resort regularly, and it never disappoints. It has such a calm and welcoming atmosphere, making it my favorite getaway spot. The beach is always clean, the views are breathtaking, and the staff go out of their way to make guests feel at home. What I love most is the consistency every time I come, I receive the same excellent service, comfortable stay, and relaxing experience. It truly feels like a second home by the ocean, and I look forward to every visit.
