Guest user：Our experience overall was ok. The room was clean, the kitchen staff has been super and the swimming pool gifted us chill and nice moments. The water was clean and the area really well maintained. Chef Yashita attended us with competence, care and an amazing smile. She has been one of the real gems of our experience at the hotel. Whenever she will be there you will feel home with a kick of poshness and extra care. And her personalized salads are a sweet dream Unfortunately people at the desk have been rigid and created problems without reason, a better training in terms of welcoming guests should be provided. For a minor technical and common problem from our side they were ready to send us back home and take the full amount which has been payed in advance. The kids staff was pretty absent and without any interest in being nice with kids. the property is really beautiful but they need to improve with few very important aspects.
