Guest user：As a first impression, the reception was not good and the luggage carrying staff were not available. The second thing is that the hotel was very crowded with tourists in the lobby and there was noise in the rooms, so it was not an enjoyable stay at this time. Maybe at other times my experience will be better now. The location of the hotel is very excellent.
Guest user：Very nice location , have everything nearby including metro and a mall. Just because of 16th April storm , the whole area was flooded and couldn’t go anywhere , but that’s an exception considering it didn’t happen for 75 years , else it’s the best choice to stay near Al Jumeriah area. Atlantis palm hotel and kite beach are within 20 minutes drive distance. Hotel staff is polite and respectful. They have all the amenities required for either a short or long stay. Although if you are a business traveler and looking to have meetings in the business Bay Area it’s better to book near the venue as taxi in Dubai is expensive.
