Guest：Friendly staff. but the mini ref was not that cold for storage. As well as shower gel/bath liquid for the tub are not sufficient.

But so sad to see the maintenance of the rooms was so poor the management should be ashamed of the effort for the upkeep of this amazing place , the bathroom floor tiles were cracked the windows and glass balcony was very dirty the jacuzzi was dirty the room was generally looking very tied and not kept up to a luxury standard as you have named it , i have a building maintenance company in the uk and i could of wrote a very long list of works that needed doing just in our room alone to get it to a reasonable standard !! Such a sad thing to see as its such a amazing spot , the Management needs replacing !!! Before this place will bankrupt its self … sorry to say but i only give honest reviews thats what they are for !!
Guest：Our stay at Villa Angelina was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The reception team responded quickly to all our requests, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and I loved that we could request a make-up room service every day to keep everything fresh. If there’s one minor con, it’s that the food in the resort is a bit pricey—but totally understandable since the location is far from the city. Despite that, the quality of service and overall luxury experience made everything worth it. ? Overall: 1M/100 — highly recommended for anyone who wants comfort, luxury, and top-notch service in a serene location!
