Camere bellissime e comodissime molto spaziose con vista panoramica sulla città , piscina a sfioro con bar all'ultimo piano sempre aperta , sauna etc. Colazione fantastica , non hai altro che l'imbarazzo della scelta. Cena uguale . Personale sempre disponibile ad aiutarti e a risolvere qualunque tipo di problema. Pulizia al top , non saprei cosa aggiungere. Camera dotata di macchina caffè a cialde illy
Guest user：About as high-end a hotel as you'll find in Bolivia, though it's beginning to show its age (for instance there are a lot of cracked windows, and the rooftop pool/bar would provide an even more wonderful view if the perspex screen around it wasn't in so much need of a good cleaning). Most clients appear to be in tour groups or on business trips. I showed up after 3 days in the jungle covered in sweat and mud, and they seemed keen to get me out of the lobby as quickly as possible. It's at the end of a cul de sac and a bit of a slog from the nearest shops, restaurants, etc, but as a place to unwind after some hard trekking it fit the bill. I suspected (later confirmed) I had broken two ribs while trekking, and want to give particular props to the masseur who did absolutely the right thing by declining my appointment request and advising me to just take it easy - his professionalism probably saved my back further damage and I don't know too many in his position who would have made that call. Desayuno buffet variado, excelente restaurante. Todo el personal amable y profesional. Solamente tiene dos puntos débiles en mi opinión: 1. La ubicación, el lugar no parece seguro para caminar por las calles aleda?as de noche, necesariamente tienes que salir y llegar en Uber, taxi o auto rentado, no hay cafés o restaurantes usables en algunas cuantas cuadras a la redonda. Contra esto no hay nada que el hotel pueda hacer, pero recomiendo tener Uber o InDrive instalados en el celu. 2. En el bar del piso 20 ponen reggaeton y a todo volumen, tratándose de un hotel de categoría, podrían poner música con un poco más de clase para que resulte armonioso todo el ambiente,con la vista espectacular que hay desde allí y la posibilidad de disfrutarla dentro de la piscina temperada. Fuera de esas dos cosas, todo excelente. La mejor relación calidad precio que ha visto en Santa Cruz. Muy recomendable.
