  • Guest：The environment at Sutera Sanctuary Park is lovely - quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy some tranquility. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary guided tour. Our guide took us on a walk through the trail and botanical garden, explaining the various plants along the way. It was both educational and enjoyable, and really enhanced our experience at the property. However, we did encounter an issue with our first unit, which had a very strong painting smell. Unfortunately, the odor was so overwhelming that one of my family members developed a headache from it. We requested a room change and the management accommodated our request, which we appreciated. Overall, the peaceful atmosphere and the excellent guided tour made for a memorable stay. If you're sensitive to paint fumes, you may want to confirm with the property beforehand that your unit has been well-aired out.
