Guest：Room is nice and comfortable. Around 10 minutes walk from New Taipei Industrial Park Station, for you to get a direct metro to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.
Guest：Hotel room is big, clean and nice! Concierge was helpful in providing information. Hotel is located in new taipei district, though a distance from city centre, it is still easily accessible by public transport. the nearest train line has direct train to the airport as well.
Guest：Wrong information about shuttle bus and size of bed. We have to call them and they said that trip.com put the wrong information. It seems it still there when we extended our stay in this hotel.
