Guest：Check-in process and main door soundproofing could be improved. Maybe have a dedicated counter at 1st floor. Location is the best. Very close proximity to Bukit Bintang but still relatively quiet.
Guest：The room was nice and spacious, and the location is excellent. However, I was disappointed by a few issues: The hot water wasn’t working. I reported it, but the next day it remained unresolved, so I ended up showering with lukewarm water, which was a major letdown. The hallways smelled dusty. The ground-floor staff were not very helpful and came across as cold when I asked questions.
Guest：一切都合乎期望，最印象深刻是有一个趟大的海天一色泳池，应该是住过的市中心星级酒店中最大最好游的。可惜健身室不是24小时服务。
Guest：Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The only downside was when we asked for a change of fresh towels on the 2nd day of our stay was totally ignored. They should look into this and be more accommodating to guest's request.
