Guest user：Very nice stay of 5 days. Very kind and helpful personnel made the holiday relaxing. We used the red level option which gives access to a lounge and an additional swimming pool. While the pool is separate and quiet, the lounge is not really as all guests seem to go in and out (except for breakfast, but the regular breakfast buffet is much bigger than the red level one). We enjoyed the lounge as it is easy to go for a drink or a quick bite. The white sand beach is nearby and is well equipped. Good restaurants but make sure to reserve a table.

Guest user：Stayed at hotel for 2 nights in July. Beautiful hotel and fantastic restaurants. However what really makes this hotel outstanding is the staff, the level of service is excellent. ALL the staff from Reception, to bar and pool staff were polite and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were genuinely interested in our wellbeing and their attention to detail was exceptional. Fantastic!
Guest user：Gran Melia Sancti Petri is located on a stunning white sand Atlantic beach. Having its own subbed and excellent beach club helps visitors to make the most of the excellent location. Watching the sunset over the sea from the beach club is an amazing experience not to be missed. The hotel facilities are excellent and every where is kept immaculately. Huge swimming pool and more than enough comfortable sunbeams for all guests. The Red Level Level Lounge is highly recommended for drinks and snacks throughout the day and also for a really good breakfast in a more private setting than the main restaurant. The buffet restaurant has a great range of food to choose from for evening dinner, however, the new Entrevientos restaurant should not be missed - fantastic meats and fish. All of the staff at the hotel were amazingly friendly and helpful. It was great to meet guest experience manager Beatriz who was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Also, Carlos in the Red Level Lounge was so welcoming and always smiling and supportive. We will definitely be returning to enjoy the sun, beach, and fantastic atmosphere of GM Sancti Petri.
