Guest：Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, full breakfast always replenished and option for veggie sausages, room temperature and comfort good, variety and teas and coffees in room, live singer in club bar, pool and spa facilities lovely, check-in easy. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you.
Guest：The room was well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast provision was very poor. It had been moved to a different location for the duration of our stay, no explanation provided. Unwrapped food was too accessible to young childrenand it was necessary to constantly request pretty much every item to be replenished.
Guest：Hotel of a good standard, room spacious although lighting was poor. Good facilities, pool was nice. Unfortunately as hotel only guests, we felt that the club members were treated as a priority. Breakfast was very disappointing, a paltry offering of cooked items buffet style which were luke warm. Also, on the second morning, the breakfast location changed with no signage to indicate this. Previous breakfast area had half decent coffee machines but today there were some urns of a horrible, weak coffee only.
Guest：Hotel was nice and modern but not sure worth the cost , very slow to get served and wait for food despite it being very quiet was supposed to be fully booked , breakfast staff didnt ask if we had stayed before or tell us to help ourselves sit anywhere etc also coffee had ran out and had to ask for bowl for cereal/fruit, overall it was nice but wouldnt rush back.
