Guest：The room was dirty, and the front desk and breakfast staff are rude. Housekeeping and maintenance staff are super friendly.
Guest：room was clean. but we had to check in at a different adress which we did not know. after check in we got to the room and no towels and no toilet paper. we had to go again nobody was answering the phone. also when booking a kitchen there should be cups and ustensil ect. there was nothing in not even coffee. you had to get dress and walk 2 streets down. i like my coffee before i start the days. that was a negative for me.

Guest：At first it was strange to check in through phone or remote check in but eventually you get the hang of it. with customer service assistance since staff thats there is clean up crue. It was clean and neat but to get a hold of staff is theough the phone. It is veey noce compared to other older ones that aren't at all.
