Guest：All Staff excellent, unexpected upgrade was a bonus, hotel itself very modern and all amenities catered for. However house keeping need to pay more attention to detail! hairs on bedding, room floors dirty/grimey, balcony glass needs algae removing and cigarette butts left on balcony (we don't smoke) which was a shame as everything else was perfect

Nice and quiet too, but that might be the time of year! Would love dressing gowns in rooms and a way to get to breakfast without going out in the rain, otherwise brilliant!
Guest：I expected a budget hotel but it was much better. Spotlessly clean, lovely fluffy towels, comfortable bed and plenty of beverages. Staff throughout the dite were friendly & helpful. Food on site was lovely & the choices at breakfast were amazing. Wouldnt hesitate to book again
