  • Guest：room had paint peeling on the ceiling above the shower. only way to turn guide on tv was to shut it off then back on. TV kept losing signal and would become pixely and freeze up. shower looked a little dated and needs some TLC .
  • Guest：The room was spotless. Very easy check in process and the front desk attendant was welcoming, attentive and professional.
  • Guest：The lighting in the room was awful. We had to use our phone flashlights to be able to see around the room. There are no lights in the ceiling and the couple of lamps were very dim. The elevator services the hotel, parking garage, and hotel staff services (housekeeping, garbage, etc), so waiting for the elevator takes a very long time. The parking garage is not great. The breakfast was not great. This was unfortunately, a disappointing stay.
  • Guest：The room was very clean, and the front desk clerk was amazingly helpful. Enjoyed everything about the stay except the pillows, all 3 pillows on the bed had hard knots in them. The worst pillow I've ever slept on .just full of hard spots.
