Guest：Always the best experience here! Love the airport shuttle, especially John (driver), the hospitality and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
Guest：the front desk helped with consolidation of room and car rental bill. the room was spacious. bathroom was stocked with a solid amount of a variety of towels. the bathroom counter was very low, it helped me correct my posture. the curtains did not close all the way so second set lets the light in helps wake me up. hot tub was nice, the jet stream seems to drop the temperature a bit. i like how there is a side entrance for guests and there is a side rear exit that leads to the rear parking.
Guest：The pictures make the room look way better the room needs a bit updating it’s about 20 years outdated, the AC wouldn’t shut off half the time and was freezing, the fridge in the room wouldn’t get cold, the tub jets didn’t work, they advertise a small snack store which was under construction I guess, the restaurant prices are outrageous and they don’t tell you until you get there but parking is like $25 a night. Even the gym was outdated and ******. It was very underwhelming. The best part was the cleaning staff are super nice and on top of things, they clean that room superbly but beyond that it was subpar.
