Guest：The room was very nice. We were three adults so having the pullout bed was good so we could each have our own sleeping area. What wasn’t great was the front desk. While nice and helpful, the woman at the desk was always on her phone. The man who was there one of the nights acted like we were asking the world of him when we requested fresh towels…because housekeeping never came to our room.
Guest：The room wasn’t the cleanest. The floor has red stains all over it. The breakfast was the absolute worse, horrible!!
Guest：My bed was clean, but the bathroom and caroet were not. There was a stain on the carpet that looked like blood!
Guest：Staff was very friendly …. The room was good. Didn’t get to enjoy much of the amenities. Breakfast ran out at 835am because one family basically ate everything. Same family over crowded the pool.my suggestion is to stagger the breakfast so that everyone is able to get enough breakfast in the morning or have someone serve it when they see that it’s a lot of people waiting in line because of one family deciding to eat everything.
