1 Night Stay Our room was clean and we were provided with fresh towels and clean sheets. The room and bathroom was spacious. My only concern was the rooms were dark and not enough lighting, in addition to a very soft mattress. The service was great the staff was friendly and even helped walk us over to the Ryad with our luggage. We also booked us a service at the spa on site which was good. The property was nice and gave a vintage feel.

The riad was absolutely stunning!! The staff were so friendly and attentive- they even insisted on escorting us to our pick ups for activities that were early in the morning. Every afternoon they gave us complementary tea and warm, freshly baked cake! The location is a close walk from the souks yet in a quiet area that was easy to get to. I’ll be staying there on my return! Thank you for such an amazing home for the week!

Stunningly decorated . Service here is outstanding . Friendly , personable and always willing to help . Quiet area of the mdina which means a good night’s sleep Things that could be improve on are the finer details of the property’s condition - the cleanliness of the pool in the riad , or room fixtures/soft furnishings that are slightly broken or ripped Otherwise we had a great time and would return

Pros: Beautiful property and well-appointed rooms Check-in process was easy and the woman who greeted us was very helpful and sweet Location is close to major stops but in a quiet corridor Breakfast was delicious Rooftop terrace was adorable Cons: One guy working in the morning - cooking and serving breakfast, checking people in and out, and hauling luggage. We told him in advance that we had an 8:30am pick-ups and we’d need breakfast at 8am. At 8:45am we gave up on eating breakfast and spent another 20 minutes trying to check out, which required making him redo the math and showing him how to work the credit card reader. We were 45 minutes late for our transportation pick-up. The mini fridge in our room also didn’t work. We notified the ryad the first night but it was never fixed or swapped out. The guy said he would return with cold waters for us but never came back. Overall I would like to rate this ryad higher because it has great potential, but they clearly need to have more help in the mornings and late at night. There was another guest trying to check out when we were, and she was very concerned she would miss her flight as a result of the delays caused by the ryad.

The Riad is nice enough, but we didn’t have a good experience. They were understaffed when we there, with one young man in charge of transporting our luggage from the van to the Riad, taking our food order, getting breakfast, etc. Breakfast was supposed to start at 8:00 a.m., but we didn’t get coffee until 8:30. They didn’t give us keys for our room which seemed odd. They were also doing construction in the room across from ours, which meant there were workmen, dust and noise as well. They also left the door to the riad open so the construction people could come in and out which reduced security. We ended up moving to another Riad.

Staff was amazing, making us feel incredibly welcome and helping with anything we might need. The Ryad is beautiful. Clean, very comfortable, and great views from the rooftop dining area. Breakfast is great and dinner even better! An easy walk into the souks and popular landmarks. Would absolutely stay here again.

We have spent 5 days in this beautiful Ryad in Marrakech an oasis of peace in the noisy Marrakesh. I already miss having breakfast and dinner in the beautifull Rooftop. The personnel is amazing, helpfull, smiling and careful to the guests' needs. It is just 10 minutes walk from one of the Souk many entrances, and 5 minutes walk from the taxi station. In 20 minutes walk you can reach any city attraction. Felt safe and spoiled. Excellent breakfast, and meals.

Ryad Dyor was a wonderful introduction to Marrakech. Beautiful building, comfortable and spacious room, professional and warm staff. Special shout out to Imran and Mohammed who both went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Very professional, but very kind and sincere as well. My dinner on the rooftop terrace was probably the best I had in Morocco.

Todo perfecto. Buena ubicación, riad muy bien cuidado y con una decoración preciosa, todo cuidado al detalle. Personal amable, que siempre ofrece facilidades (late chekout, transfer aeropuerto…). Habitación muy cómoda. Azotea con piscina hidromasaje con tumbonas para descansar y tomar el Sol, y otra piscina en la planta baja. Volveremos pronto.
