Guest：The staff were very pleasant however the comfort levels in the room did not live up to expectations. Our upgrade to a club room was a disappointment I'm afraid. No fridge in room, very narrow console table, tiny bedside shelves, so very little space to put a book, charge a phone and have a glass of water by your bed. Street noise was present throughout the night on both nights, from groups in the street and emergency vehicles The breakfast was basic with no raw or cooked vegetables to accompany the other offerings. Overall not a great experience
Guest：The reception and bar area are barren. The lift to get to the guest rooms is up stairs and along a cold corridor. The heating in the room was unresponsive and the room was noisy. The room itself was poorly lit but roomy. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The food was okay.
Guest：We booked a wellness room but wouldn’t next time as they allow 5 in the room but there is only seating for 3 unless you all agree to keep swapping out of the sauna. We left after 10 minutes as there were 5 of us in there. When we first checked in the room smelt of sewage but the staff were fantastic and sorted it by the time we got back from being out. Hotel is a great central location and service was very good.
Guest：The hotel is in a great location easy walking distance from both main train stations. Loads of good places to eat. Beds were comfortable and rooms well appointed. Staff were really helpful. Only small downside was breakfast. Buffet breakfast was limited and plates were stone cold so food got cold quickly. Coffee at breakfast was terrible from the machine. Best to have the instant coffee.
