Guest：Great hotel and staff! Kitchen is equpped with everything necessary making you feel home. The staff is always available and welcoming.
Guest：The location is convenient. The property is badly dated but in the process of renovation. My first room had something brown splashed on the headboard of the bed. I was then assigned a room on the 3rd floor. After cleaning beneath the head of the bed where there was significant dust, debris, a live silverfish, and I got settled in, I noticed a large stain on the ceiling which would indicate a leak of some type. There was also a musty smell coming from the bathroom. When I spoke to the front desk staff in the morning, I was promised a room on the highest floor (4) when I returned from work that day. When I got back to the hotel, the attendant at the desk told me that she didn’t know who I spoke to but there were no 4th floor rooms available. She offered me another room on the 3rd floor but when I went to see it before moving, I found the stove to be dirty with splattered grease on the surface of the stove as well as the backsplash area. I decided to just stay in the room with the smell and the stained ceiling. Nobody cared to follow-up to be sure my concerns were resolved. Every room I saw was dirty.

Guest：We stayed last minute at this property and what a great surprise. Recently renovated, the property is clean and well appointed. Staff were welcoming and room was large with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast had a nice choice assortment and the whole area was well staffed and kept clean. We will happily book this property in future trips.
