Guest：Everything has been amazing. Stayed for an extended stay because of work. Breakfast staff led by Mrs. Shanon is top tier. Very accommodating. The GM was on site often and quickly provided the experience that you would expect from a Hyatt. Cleaning staff keeps everything clean and tidy. I would recommend them getting a second microwave for busy days since there is only 1 located in the cafe area. My favorite when I'm in the area

Guest：The night staff was so freaking awesome, she made my evening with her courtesy. It was my husband's birthday and she sang to him. Now whenever we come home and need a place to stay, this is our go to hands down on our side of town. We haven't been down in a while and so many things have changed. I always love the king bed room. You get the feel of a suite because of the division of a couch/living room feel and on the other side a bedroom feel as if you were in a studio apartment. The room was clean, but my problem with this visit that it was long strings of hair on the hand towels, the mirror on the closet door was tucked away to hide a crack which we noticed this morning because we got in late the night before. I booked for a room with a tub, and I got a shower. Maybe, I have been spoiled by this Hyatt, but even checking out, although the young lady who was at the desk greeted us... I was confused when I was asking about check out and I asked how would you know I checked out as she didn't ask for anything just told me to stick the keys in the box. She then said your room dooe is right there on the key. I was like wow. What happened to personal touch. You don't even need to speak to the patron, just drop off the key... I mean wow... it's one thing when you drop of the key and no one is at the desk... but ok. Maybe I have to rethink my choices when I come home again.
