Guest：I had a leaking fridge when I arrived but that was dealt with by the second day. Otherwise, the room was spotless and perfect to my needs. You don't have much interaction with staff due to the way the hotel is accessed (it's within a Starbucks). The reception desk was never manned and the only staff I saw were the cleaners who were friendly, and a Starbucks staff member who showed me to my room on arrival.

They offered to hold our bags for us until time to leave Would recommend the Starbucks delivery breakfast over Charles and Ron cafe down the road. Much better selection and the Cafe options were limited and you were not made to feel particularly welcome. Entry via Starbucks Fab location in Valletta to explore Malta
Guest：Room was spacious and clean, I would have preferred a double but twin was fine and didn't interfere with my sleep. Bathroom was modern with a Rainfall ceiling mounted shower head. There was a Nespresso machine and fridge for making coffee and storing drinks and snacks. Located near the parliament building and a plethora of eateries and sights.
