  • Guest：The responsiveness of the staff to all questions on WhatsApp was excellent. We had a very late arrival from Canada and the code to access the room, and the 24 hour security ensured we had no problems. A very comfortable and cozy two bedroom apartment for a three night stay down from Canada in the very safe and walkable area of Polanco was excellent. We asked for food recommendations, ate at three places they recommended and they were all excellent. Highly recommend.
  • Guest：El departamento es amplio y tiene buena ubicación. Pero tiene detalles a mejorar: No hay agua para tomar, más q una botellita de 350 ml q dejan el primer día únicamente. El wifi no jala, es lentísimo. Deben programar su servicio de limpieza con 24 hrs de anticipación y como no sabíamos, no se pudo limpiar el departamento en nuestra estancia. Hace demasiado calor en la habitación principal y entra mucha a luz a las habitaciones desde las 6 am. El ba?o principal es imposible por el sol en la cara, ya que no tiene cortinas y es un sauna.

No nos proporcionaron los controles del aire acondicionado y al pedir papel de ba?o extra, pareciera queríamos una noche extra gratis. No nos lo proporcionó la persona de limpieza y al pedirlo nuevamente en recepción, solo se nos dio 1 rollo de papel higiénico. En general no fue la mejor experiencia de servicio, puede mejorar
