  • Guest：Perfect for Dartmoor and for comfortable stay . Good parking, large clean and beautifully decorated room . The en suite was big , good shower and very clean . Bed was comfy . I loved the homemade treat and the very good breakfast . Have the smoothie bowl , lovely . Homemade toast . This is a very good place to stay .
  • Guest：My colleague and I stayed at Duchy House for four nights whilst working on Dartmoor. Richard and Caroline were outstanding hosts who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and warm, and the home-cooked breakfasts were absolutely delicious. They kindly prepared early breakfasts for us on two mornings, which we really appreciated, and also provided packed lunches, which was extremely helpful. I will most certainly return if I'm working in the area again!
