  • Guest：The room was slightly rundown. The key-safe didn't work. Rain shower head needs to be descaled. Bed not comfortable.
  • Guest：Stayed here before for a solo trip so booked it again for this trip. Was still good overall but noticed how the showers was so difficult to keep water out of the stall even with the curtains (my previous room didn’t have it). Customer service is okay. I didn’t really need much so that’s not too much of a worry. But I did notice that staff usually just seems unapproachable or just bored so it’s a good thing I didn’t have to really ask or request for anything else.
  • Guest：Short stay to visit Royal Albert Hall. Small room but clean and friendly. Breakfast was a lovely bonus. Great location.
  • Guest：Excellent place to stay: comfy beds, good ac/heat, great breakfast, and just a walk away from major transport.
