Guest：Abbiamo soggiornato all’Up Hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente! La struttura è moderna, pulita e ben organizzata. Il check-in è stato semplice e ben spiegato, anche in autonomia. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale, pronto ad assisterci in ogni momento. Ottima anche la posizione: comoda per muoversi in città, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla. Molto utile il marketplace online, ricco di consigli su servizi e attività nei dintorni. Un'attenzione in più che abbiamo apprezzato molto!
Guest：We arrived to no one at the hotel to check us in. After around 15 minutes of being stood outside and having to ring a number on the door we were given a code to go in. When we arrived we were placed in a room on the 4th floor. It was literally a box with a bed. We then found stains on our bedding. In which we couldn’t report or get changed as there was no one about. We stripped the bed ourselves and slept fully clothed :( In the morning we showed the lady the stains in which she immediately switched our rooms to the 5th floor. Once we walked in it felt like a completely new hotel. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.
Guest：Mooi hotel, eenvoudig maar gewoon goed! Alles is aanwezig. Prijs/kwaliteit prima verdeeld. Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar prima. Bedden liggen perfect. Zoals anderen beweren dat je last hebt van het treinstation, dit is helemaal niet aan de orde! Tuurlijk hoor je wat auto’s voor langs komen, maar wat wil je in zo’n grote stad als Napels. Voor een 3 sterren hotel, niks te klagen!
Guest：Ci sono alcuni punti di vista che non mi sono piaciuti molto. Ma tutto sommato diciamo buono. La biancheria era pulita ma i cuscini molto scomodi. La porta del bagno bisognava sollevare per chiudere e aprire. E la tavoletta del water era rotta. Il personale era stato gentile e disponibile.
