Guest user：Excellent hotel. Very spacious for Tokyo accommodation. It’s a 5/10 minute walk to Tokyo station. Bed large and very comfortable. Great service from all staff!
Guest user：The location is good, about 8 mins walk to Tokyo Station. There are also many different metro lines that can reach the station near the hotel. However, the service overall is not as good as expected. We were requesting to get more bottles of water and got rejected for the amount requested (4 bottles and only gave us 2). The staff at the check in counter was not friendly neither.
Guest user：It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget ??
