Guest：Room was great warm and clean the staff who carried out the foom service was great the whole service was spot on

Guest：All staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. We had a sea view room and it was just lovely to look out across and see the pier and all the ships sheltering from bad weather in the Bay. And the breakfast in the morning was just lovely to sit down and enjoy a good standard.
Guest：the staff in the morning looked like they came off a night shift taxi driving no good morning poor dressing unprofessional paid ￡30 for parking got back to the hotel at 7pm no parking spaces i had to park my car down the rd in a public car park and then had to get up at 630 am to pay for parking again will not be using this hotel again
