Guest：Nosostros hemos elegido este hotel en muchas ocasiones por su rica alberca climatizada. Nuestra hija lo disfruta siempre, pero en esta ocasion no fue asi, el viernes que llegamos el agua esta helada, se preguntó y la contestacion fue: esta prendida la caldera... y esto nos hizo tener una mala expectativa del fin de semana... al dia siguiente ya estaba calentita la alberca... el domingo no tanto.... no tan friao el viernes... pero fria a fin de cuentas... tanto que ni siquiera quisimos quedarnos mas tiempo el lunes que era nuestro ultimo dia... mejor nos fuimos temprano del hotel... enfin... hasta resfriada salio mi nena... ni hablar... no fue como nuestra experiencia de otras ocasiones...
Guest：El lugar es agradable y comodo para estar en las albercas y jardines. Los cuartos muy bien conservados y modernos. Solamente recomendaría que aumentaran la temperatura de las albercas (sobre todo la del fondo donde estan los jardines grandes). Al solo la del frente estando caliente hace que se junte mucha gente en ella y la de atras que estan muy bonita, casi nadie use. EL buffet muy bueno aunque algo caro ($600 pesos por persona).
Guest：Great service and cleanliness. A very American style hotel with equal ammenities. Very clean, excellent maid service, comfy beds and super clean sheets and covers. Food was also good and sevice also. Would highly recommend it!
