Guest：Già al momento della prenotazione il personale ha dimostrato di essere molto sopra alla media per cordialità e proattività ed al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto la conferma...persone di grande gentilezza che si attivano per fare stare bene i propri ospiti...un esempio! Molto apprezzabile anche l’organizzazione del “forte” in chiusura quando gli ospiti dell’hotel si possono muovere liberamente.
Guest：Spectacular experience Wow, what a place! This was the most amazing accommodation ive ever been to. The whole atmosphere was breathtaking. People so welcoming and helpful. My only regret is that we had only booked one night there. The fort and Its surroundings are full of surprises and content, so next time I will make sure to spend more days there.

Guest：The hotel is located on the top of an old fortified town, overlooking a rugged valley. Absolutely awesome for a one day stop .. but probably too small for a long stay unless you make day excursions. Getting to the hotel is already an adventure. From the parking lot you take an elevator, after that three steep funiculaires with stunning views, then another elevator and inside the hotel yet another elevator. Each time the views beat the previous one. The rooms are large, beautiful and very affordable (especially out of season). Very good breakfast included in the rate. The town has a few nice restaurants (nothing fancy) within reasonable walking distance. It is small enough to be seen in half a day, hence my comment about a one day stopover.
