  • Guest：Staff was great. Very accomodating. Elevators were a small issue. Went down for a while and the parking level elevators werent working at all. Other than these small issues everything was great. Very clean. The cleaning staff was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure EVERYTHING was clean. They were the most impressive cleaning team that I have ever witnessed. Great breakfast as well. Thanks for a great stay.
  • Guest：The room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was really nice, the staff were nice, the breakfast was amazing. They had everything. Just one elevator working though out of three.
  • Guest：The downtown location was great . The parking situation was not ideal. The black lady that checked us in acted like she was mad that she was having to work. Very unprofessional.
  • Guest：The staff was fantastic. However, no room service wasn’t really great for me. Also we woke up in the morning to ants all over our nightstand we just had a bottle of coke out. Still waiting to see what management does to accommodate.
