Guest：Bon hotel mais l’accueil pas très chaleureux
Guest：First time checking out the Christmas market and had a great time. Loved our mini apartment room and will book again if back in this region or they have locations elsewhere.
Guest：The staff was really not friendly, when a guest goes she would sigh in front other guest in waiting. Unlike described in Trip.com sauna is not included and it’s 15 eur for guests. (It’s described only swimming pool is with additional charges) The bed was not clean, we’ve noticed some hairs…
Guest：It was a nice stay over here with many facilities available and the gym was so clean and well-maintained. Room was pretty huge and comes with a small pantry/kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant stay!
