  • Guest user：楼里有个KTV，一直唱到凌晨3点，房间隔音不好，无法入睡。凌晨1点跟前台沟通，前台説，2-3点就结束，酒店就知道这种情况并未提前告知，还説我定的就是这种房间。无语，提前告诉，1，不选择这种房间，2、入住前告知会加钱换房间。一夜无眠。
