  • Guest：The upgrade to an executive suite was awesome, the wine was amazing, and the staff were fantastic. Special mentions to the young lady that checked us in and out. Also to the lady working breakfast both were fantastic!
  • Guest：The room was lovely but the food and drink in the restaurant was horrendous, I have never in my life paid so much for a 2 inch by 4 inch piece of cod and then to get charged for a pint of larger that was in a half pint glass , only 3/4 full and then a 2 inch head , total rip off and will never return
  • Guest：Spa and pool closed but we were only informed a few days before we travelled. Reception staff cared very little re our disappointment (one of main reasons we booked it) and offered us a room with a terrace (in winter so of no use) as compensation. Asked to be refunded so we can find another hotel but they would not allow this. Terrible experience in customer service. Rooms were actually very nice hence not giving 1*.
