  • Guest：One of the Best Hotel experiences from the arrival, to our stay and even upon departure. Ever staff was very attentive to every single detail, vip amenity in room with a personalized note. Room is very spacious and bright, service was perfect, breakfast menu offer was perfect. The #1 hotel in the champagne region!
  • Guest：I want to share my most recent experience with what I can only describe as one of the most professional and well-run hotel establishments I’ve ever dealt with. My wife and I had booked a stay months ago, but just yesterday she came down with the flu/Covid, which forced us to postpone our trip. In the midst of this unexpected setback, the hotel staff showed nothing but respect, kindness, and professionalism. They immediately accommodated us without hesitation, releasing the reservation without penalty and offering their support as we work on new dates. Their actions reminded me why this hotel stands out above the rest. If you are planning to visit this region, look no further—this is the place to stay. The team is truly best-in-class, and we’re already working on rebooking as soon as my wife is fully recovered.   • Guest：Very hard to find fault. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Dining options were great. Spa facilities were wonderful, and at the times we were using them (pool, sauna etc) quiet. Obviously not cheap, but a very good destination hotel with wonderful views over the Champagne countryside.
  • Guest：TThe views were absolutely stunning! The room is so up to date, which I adore. The decor is incredibly modern and sophisticated. The restaurant was also very pleasant! Such a delightful and sophisticated experience. The staff was extremely welcoming from check-in to departure! I highly suggest pre-booking your activities to maximize your time.
