Guest：Brilliant room, fantastically old and quirky building, and wonderful staff. We had an evening meal and was disappointed the restarurant was closed but ate in the bar instead and food was good. The only downside is the hotel is not staffed overnight, so be extra careful not to leave anything in your room before 'checking out' as you will not be able to get back in, I stupidly left my car keys in the room and although there was nothing we could do on the day the hotel were super resposnsive in deling with my stupidity and we worked together on a solution - a lot of places would have responded differently so this was a reflection of good service which is to be applauded.
Guest：We didn’t even complete our stay, we left the room in the early hours of the morning because of the noise coming from a fan or something similar outside the room. Really disappointed.
Guest：The hotel is an old, historic building with the rooms above the pub. It’s noisy until the pub closes each night, but we knew that going in, so it didn’t bother us. The staff employees were awesome! The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good. The location is great. There’s a bus stop close by that takes you to Heathrow to get on the Tube.
Guest：Great choice to spend the night, especially for an early flight. London center is about a 1 to 1.5 hr train ride. Very good choice if you've got a car and don't want to drive in the city. Surprisingly spacious room! Lovely place!
