Guest：Good new hotel. Superb helpful staff. Breakfast more than good enough to start the day. Room service food reasonably priced and good quality. Our room was above the restaurant, and was noisy with chair dragging and other noises. But the biggest disappointment was no alcohol license so we ended up spending most of our meals elsewhere.
Guest：No washcloths in bathroom, matress was rather hard, and i found it difficult to regulate the room temp. Staff was friendly. Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality.
