The Phoenix Building Jianguo Hotel is invested and built by Yantai Phoenix Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., operated and managed by Beijing First Travel Jianguo. It is a comprehensive hotel that integrates urban business and leisure tourism, built according to high star standards. The hotel covers a total area of nearly 100 acres, with a building area of about 50000 square meters, consisting of 20 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. It has 516 various guest rooms and nearly a thousand parking spaces, equipped with high-end hotel hardware facilities and basic conditions.
