Guest：新酒店非常乾净，尤其淋雨设备真的做的很好。早餐也非常丰富，下次来广州肯定还是首选这家全季。

Guest：酒店很奈斯，乾净整洁，全季5,0设计真的很棒，我无法挑剔。因为入住时候快凌晨两点了，我电话谘询退房时间，小妹很爽快主动的给我延迟到下午两点退房，非常好。我对于这家酒店的设计，房间舒适度，停车便利性给满分，但是也有不足处是该房间位于六楼，五楼露台有一大堆空调主机，所以不能开窗，因为噪音非常大，但是关窗后静悄悄，隔音玻璃做得完美。我提个建议是房间应该配个空气净化器，这样抽烟的人呢就很方便了，或者对那一大堆空调主机隔音处理。第二个是退房的时候前台要求我现场给予好评，当时我因为急事要走，所以没有现场给。我想前台不应该以给我延迟两个小时退房时间为由要求给予好评，不然这就是交换了，如果是交换，那交换的筹码要我同意，那前台应该在我电话谘询的时候告知我延迟退房是要给五星好评前提条件的。我理解评论对于酒店OTA时代的重要性，但是这种评论是应该建立在住客对酒店的真实评价上。因为这样才不会误导后面的住客，对酒店也是不断提升服务的动力。説了这么多，我可以告诉大家这个酒店真不错，这条满分评论是我真实意思表达，而不是酒店方给我延迟退房交换给的。我还会继续入住此酒店，也会推荐客户和朋友入住。谢谢你们提供优秀的服务。
