Guest：I spent New Years at Norbu The Montanna - and WOW I had such a great experience. This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to - the view and location is fantastic. The staff were absolutely amazing - especially food staff, i told them we liked this korean dish we tried a month ago and even though its not on their menu they went out of their way to make it for me. It was absolutely delicious!! We only stayed for one night but it was too short to make the most of this beautiful hotel. We will definitely be back again - highly recommend to everyone.

Guest：I think this hotel need to work more on letting others know what their chefs are offering, truly amazing work. This is what is actually a local inspired food looks like. From their jams to their thali all needs a round of big applause. They make some amazing morning bakeries, their locally inspired breakfast is something everyone at least once should try. Truly delicious. Chef Anirban is the *** whom we met and he's a gem, he talks knowledge, even he had given us some flavoured salts to take back home. Thank you very much. Truly memorable. Visit once and feel the difference. Feel what good food actually tastes like, foods are so fresh that you crave for more. Thank you team norbu.
