Una de las mejores experiencias en hoteles de las playas del norte. La habitación impecable, incluso tuvimos acceso a un upgrade sin costo. Todo el personal fue muy amable en todo momento. La comida exquisita, puedes solicitarla para la habitación sin costo adicional. El desayuno estuvo genial, muy completo y realmente son ingredientes caseros y naturales.

Fui en familia junto con mi hijo, la pasamos bien. Sin embargo si consideramos que al Hotel le falta MANTENIMIENTO a sus áreas comunes, piscina, tina de habitaciones, maderas. Así mismo mejorar la iluminación de sus ba?os, es súper baja, también había un pasillo oscuro. La habitación donde estuve, estaba cerca a las escaleras que van para la playa y me tocó sentir olores desagradables como desagüe. En el bar que da para la playa nunca hubo personal que atendiera, no era nada cómodo ese ambiente podría estar mejor, sombrillas afuera de la playa, eso no había. Sugiero que también tengan algún espejo de cuerpo completo no había en alguna área común o habitación tal vez, a veces uno quiere mirarse como está vestido. Tampoco había teléfono en la habitación para comunicarse con recepción siempre fue por WhatsApp. El personal súper amable todo el tiempo.

I cannot find enough words for how enjoyable it was to stay at Alma Loft this week. Everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff was so kind and helpful, this was the most relaxing/enjoyable trip that I’ve had in years. The food was phenomenal and I looked forward to eating at every meal time, I didn’t even want to leave the hotel to try any other restaurants during my stay. A special thank you to Anna Lu, Nacho, Jose, Jose, Daniel, and everyone who took such amazing care of us this trip. I will definitely be back soon.

After a long trip from New York, arriving at Alma Loft was like finding a little piece of Heaven. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and accommodating during our stay. Claudia and Pauline went out of their way each day to make sure we were comfortable and continuing to ask if we needed anything. The hotel service was an absolute A+. The food was amazing and the head Chef took great care of us for each meal - explaining all the specials he had and even did he best speaking English. The location was ideal - private beach to relax, pool with spectacular views and the sunsets every night were mind blowing. A quick tuk-tuk ride to town if you wanted more action. It felt very safe the entire time as there were always security guards at the entryways. I couldn't imagine being catered to any better than the service we received by everyone on the premises. I noticed most guests stayed for a shorter amount of time but I'm so glad we stayed the full week at AlmaLoft. Highly recommend to anyone that is visiting the Mancora Area!

We loved everything about the hotel. Room was beautiful with amazing view of sea. The suites all have amazing views and comfy loungers to sit back and relax. The pool is really clean and is a very relaxing space. The restaurant has some of the best seafood we have ever had ! We spent Christmas here and the staff were so helpful and made us feel really at home- if you need something you can send a WhatsApp to reception and they bring your drink etc. so fast. The Restaurant staff are great too and the barman even made me a White Russian even though it wasn’t on the menu! Delicious breakfast included in price! They change it daily !
