  • S?w?a?n? ?M?u?n：Location for the property is good. However, we go a unit where Aircond is not that cold, after we feedback to the front deck, they arranged another unit for us, and the residence manager come personally to our room for apologies
  • S?t?e?p?h?a?n?A?P：Perfect location! Big Apartment Room! Very friendly hotel staff. Nice roof top pool! All in all a great and amazing stay at Ascott of you plan to come with your family.

  • S?u?b?z?e?r?o?0?0?1：Apartment is large and spacious. But furniture and amenities are run down and old. My last visit in June 2022 is still fine but the stay this time is bad. Fridge is leaking and cannot even close properly. Aircon in one of the bedroom is also not functioning properly. Very disappointed in the brand of Ascott which was the highest class of their brand. Will not be staying at Ascott KLCC anymore.
