  • Guest：The room is very dated. The hair dryer was melted on the wall which was strange. The iron also didn't work.
  • Guest：Hotel is in a very convenient location close to Fisherman's Wharf, just a 10 minute walk away. Staff helpful and courteous. Sadly the historic part of the hotel where my room was located is in need of renovation, the property looks quite tired.
  • Guest：Staff was very nice. Carpet was filthy the room itself wasn’t necessarily clean, the bed absolutely ******. They should really advertise the paper thin walls that you can hear every one of your neighbor’s conversations and the fact that the hot tub is actually in a small room in the basement, as is the only ice machine.
  • Guest：Unfortunately I did not get to stay there due to a flight mixup. However I have stayed there the last 2 times we've had our meetings there and loved it. It was in close proximity to the convention center, It was quiet, clean and now with the elevator it iseasier to get your luggage up to your room.
