Guest：Hotel muito bem localizado, com ótima infraestrutura e uma equipe muito atenciosa.
Guest：Um espa?o lindo! O spa, os quartos, a sala de bar… tudo magnífico. Os colaboradores foram todos bastante acessíveis e simpáticos, fomos recebidos pela menina Matilde e queremos agradecer o atendimento muito simpático da parte dela. Apenas queria deixar uma sugest?o de melhoria de terem mais op??es sem glúten no pequeno almo?o pois a única coisa que disp?e é de p?o sem glúten. Gostámos muito da estadia, obrigada!
Guest：Too over pricy for what you receive It is a hotel in the old town of Covilha. The room was clean and good size. It is too overprice for what you get. The SPA consists of a small pool, a sauna and a steam sauna and a tiny Gym with two machines. Big families with kids can be in the SPA, there is no rules for using your cellphone either. So, it is an environment more towards a family than a SPA relaxing environment for couples. The bar tender was good. The town at night have a some restaurants, the hotel does not have a restaurant, it does not have service to your room. Only breakfast buffet where you have to make your own coffee and serve yourself. Which is fine if you pay for a three stars hotel but definitely it is too expensive for the type of service you receive and for the overall amenities.
Guest：We chose this hotel to spend my husband's birthday and because it was petfriendly and we were very impressed. It is very well located, the breakfast is good and the indoor pool area is also pleasant. We recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the wonderful Serra da Estrela, but at the same time stay close to the city. Now, take a trip to the village of Piód?o,amazing!
