  • Guest：前几天住在公寓里，正巧遇见这几天气温高，住的有点受不了。找到了该酒店，感觉像换了季节，房间很大，空调好，环境整洁，衞生乾净，前台服务态度好，等回程后再来入住。
  • Guest：酒店位置很好，门口停车还算方便。酒店房间够大，装修设施偏老了，酒店不提供抽纸，可以收费购买，酒店没有地巾，房间只提供两瓶水，早餐能吃饱，性价比还好吧。
  • Guest：前台态度和服务生很不耐烦，我反馈的问题大概是这样的，7月2号入住，床单子正常，7月3日我早上7点出门，晚上回来的时候屋子是被打扫过的，但是发现被子上面有多处油渍，我给前台打电话，表明早上走的时候被子是乾净的，要求更换被罩，但服务员过来看了一下，説是上午打扫时未发现油渍，（説明油渍的产生是在打扫衞生之后和我回来之前），我的诉求很简单，更换新的被罩就可以，到楼下找前台一直在推辞什么，听不清她説啥，就让我先回来，回来后又等了半个小时我再次打去电话，被告知，除了我没人进过我的房间，并承诺给换，你给换了，但是我想给你差评，因为你的语气很不耐烦，我还有两天的入住体验，希望能不被针对！还有我想请问，可以把当天的监控给我看看嘛。
