  • Guest：We were not given the room that we booked and when I tried to explain that to the girl at the front desk, she seemed too dim-witted to understand that we didn't want to buy an upgraded room. We just wanted the room that we paid for. Which was very uncomfortable and led to me not arguing with her and just taking the room that we were given. In that room. The utensils were Rusty and unusable, this and is a unacceptable situation for how much we spent on a single night. I would like a refund.

  • Guest：Wonderful area with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also, one of the better breakfast spreads I’ve had in awhile. Staff was very friendly all the way from check-in to check-out.
