  • 袁昕：1.贵酒店真是个大酒店啊，找这个地方找了半小时打你们的客户电话一直占线，迫不得已打了艺龙网的24小热线，客服热心的用GPS定位帮我找地址，终于是找到了贵酒店（艺龙客服值得表扬）；一进门就看见前台小姐在拿着座机聊天，终于明白为什么打了N遍贵酒店的电话都是占线了！ 2.卫生条件很是一般。所谓的免费上网，根本无法使用，需要定制移动无线宽带套餐，打10086花了30大洋定了个15小时的套餐。 3.早上才5点多就有叫早的，隔音效果是太差了。 4.网上介绍说：2011年12月1日-2012年2月10日入住，连住2晚及以上，每间夜优惠10％。我正好是住了2晚，结账的时候一分也没优惠，有种被欺骗的感觉，还有贵酒店不能刷卡，这是为什么呢？ 5.只此一次，我宁愿去住远一点的连锁酒店也不会再光临贵酒店了，失望…
