  • Guest：Very attractive accommodation in an excellent location. We appreciated the comfortable bed and the hot shower. A very big thank you to the staff who found my watch after we had left and then posted it back to me.
  • Guest：Great location just off the M4! The building is split into two buildings; family rooms in one and single/couples in the other. Rooms are quiet, nice and clean but they don’t have any windows. Must be hell in the summer! Also, the rooms don’t have a bath, which I was really looking forward to!
  • Guest：Great value for money but it is the staff that make this place. A massive thank you and shout out to Claire, Sharon and Ruth on reception for everything you did to make this a good trip given my lack of mobility. You are all ambassadors for everything that Premier Inn stands for.
  • Guest：Me and my partner stayed on the 17th of October 2025 and was greeted and checked in by a gentleman named Rob he was very helpful and explained everything and told us to ask him for anything if we needed to the rooms are nice and clean but could definitely do with a revamp like paint etc maybe new carpets but other than that our stay was nice and felt very welcomed by Rob great customer service and care
