Guest：On arrival, we found that we had selected the wrong dates. Tom on the reception desk was magnificent. He helped us and rebooked for the night that we actually had requested I'm disabled. And we were shown to a universal disability room. There were no towels in the room. When we spoke to Tom, he went himself and got them for us. I can only say this hotel was very, very helpful with everything that we needed. I would definitely return.

Helped me with my bags upstairs as well which was lovely and provided me with biscuits and a breakfast on the house! been a while since iv had someone ask and I stay at a lot of premier inns for work.
