Guest：Beautiful views to the Atlantic Ocean, outstanding service and gastronomy.

Guest：As others have noted, this is an undeniably beautiful place. We stayed in two suites--an ocean view suite on night one, and the master suite on night two. The rooms were both very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beach, easily accessible by car, is beautiful, uncrowded, and served by a great little beachfront cafe (full bar, snacks, sandwiches, etc.). All of that is great and as advertised. (There was a minor glitch with the air-conditioning, but that was apparently a hotel-wide issue that was resolved pretty quickly.) The bigger issue is the constant club music blaring through the outdoor speakers from breakfast until 10/11pm. It's very audible in the oceanside suites, including the master suite. We asked several times if the speakers could be turned off outside, as there was often no one sitting outside to begin with. But the staff told us they could not turn off the speakers. They repeatedly committed to turn the music down, but if they in fact turned the music down, it wasn't noticeable. I'm sure there are plenty of guests looking for a beautiful, clubby patio from morning until bedtime. (Although, as noted, I didn't see very many of those people outside during our stay.) But if you're looking for a serene hotel on a cliff where you can hear the ocean, this is not the place for you -- you are much more likely to hear a dance remix.
Guest：excellent hotel in a spectacular location and a wonderful 'rest' after a busy few days in Lisbon. Quite a tempurature drop from 30C plus to 20's and strong atlantic winds. for those of us from the UK it will remind you of Cornwall, and we did wake up one day to a thick sea mist!! all the staff friendly and helpful, and sitting around pool (sheltered from the wind) a pleasure apart from some noisy repair works going on. we ate in hotel 2x and enjoyed meals; just a shame not quite warm enough to sit outside. Ericeira only 15 mins drive (you will need a car) and that provides access to full range of beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, yoga and all the surfing scene. half the rooms faced the sea (beautiful) half faced inland over the pool. im guessing a price differential - i would be disappointed if i did not have a sea view. only used Spa once - and mixed reaction.
